Hi, my name is Sparta. I’m two months and three days old. I’ve been told they call this ‘kitten’. I have no idea what that means, but I’m pretty it has something to do with bravery, ferociousness, and courage.
I recently found my family at a local shelter. They seemed like they were lost without me in their life, so I used my kitty charm on them. It didn’t take long until they took me home.
Ah, home. It’s a pretty big place — I still have so much more to explore, including the abyss called ‘garage’. But, my humans don’t understand my Lewis and Clark spirit. They think I’m too little and they try to keep me from danger. Ha! If they only knew! Despite my human protection, I did manage to meet two ferocious beasts. I tamed them in a matter of seconds. What are the beasts, you might ask? Dogs! Two huge, hairy, smelly dogs! Everyone insists that they mean well, but I still don’t trust ’em. They like eating a little too much, and I fit into their food bowls a little too well…
I’ll keep my eye on them.
I’ve done a lot in the days I’ve been here, and I plan to do a lot more (namely, getting into that garage).
Oh, and for any ‘kittens’ out there who just adopted his/her new family. If their not giving you what you want, just try a meow. Make sure it’s extra cute and little. Works wonders.
